Jeff came out around 2pm on a Friday, was very professional and rediagnosed the issue that was going on and basically, it was wired incorrectly. I would definitely recommend Daniel Heat and Air for all my HVAC needs.

Called Codie when heat pump was not heating properly. He came right out, identified a refrigerant leak, and gave me options which ended up with ordering a needed part. He is very knowledgeable and represents your company very well.

Generator monitor said call service center to check a malfunction. Called Daniell to get help before the nasty storm hit. Richard came out and spent time checking the system and found a loose part which he tighten down and cleared the problem. They were prompt and efficient responding to our need. Beth (one of their technicians) is professional, very knowledgeable and also one of the nicest people you’ll ever encounter. She goes the extra mile and does it with grace.
